Benefits of Pasta Chicken Stew:
Pasta is made from semoline, a durham wheat that is hearty and nutritious if it is whole grain; it is not refined in the process of making pasta.
Most pasta is also enriched with vitamins and minerals. Multigrain and whole wheat pastas are also high in dietary fiber which is good for your baby's digestion.
In addition, chicken is high in protein and iron. It is one of the most easily digested of the meats.
