Egg Yolk Mash With Avocado
Suitable for: 8 months to 10 months old baby
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 avocado
Preparation and Cooking Method:
Step 1: Hard-boil an egg
Step 2: Peel shell away and cut in half
Step 3: Scrape or pop out the yolk
Step 4: Mash the yolk and mix in formula, breast milk or yogurt. Alternatively, you can choose to scramble the egg yolk in a pan with some milk.
Step 5: Add mashed avocado to the egg mixture. You may choose to feed your baby as it is or spread it on top of toasts or in sandwhiches.
