Barley and Sweet Potato Balls
Suitable for: 6 months to 8 months old baby
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soft cooked pearled barley (not pureed)
- 1 cup cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup applesauce or peach puree (optional)
Cooking Method and Preparation:
Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2: Shape into small bite sized balls or plops for a nice baby finger food.
