Is it safe to eat Winter melon during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceieve?Is it healthy for infant, toddler or childrent to eat?

It is safe to eat winter gourd in moderation while couples are trying to conceive.


Winter melon or winter gourd will not have any negative effect on the health, quantity of sperm.
