Safe to Eat Milk tea
Trying to conceive
It is fine to drink milk tea in moderation like a cup or two a day while couples are trying to conceive.
As milk tea is high in sugar, drinking too much will lead to excessive weight gain which can reduce your chance of conception.
Tea contains caffeine, too much caffeine can reduce fertility. Some studies have shown that caffeine inhibits the egg from maturation. An inmmatured egg does not fertilized and will not result in pregnancy.
During Pregnancy
It is fine ot drink one cup of milk tea a day during pregnancy.

Tea contains caffeine, too much caffeine has been shown by many studies to increase risk of miscarriage.
It is therefore important for pregnant women to cut down amount of consumption to one cup or two per day.
During Confinement
Milk tea may contain tannin which will affect blood circulation in new mothers and decrease the breast milk production.
Furthermore, milk tea also contains trans-fatty acids which will add burden to the digestive system of the new mothers and slow down the recovery of the new mothers from birth delivery.
During Breastfeeding
It is undesirable for nursing mothers to drink milk tea during breastfeeding.
Milk tea contains tannin which will decrease breast milk secretion.
Furthermore, milk tea contains caffeine and trans-fatty acids which will go into the babies through breast milk. Caffeine and trans-fatty acid will affect the development of the nerve system of the babies and should be avoided.
Four Months to Six Months Old Baby
It is not suitable at for your baby to drink milk tea. Tannin, sweeteners, trans-fatty acids present in the milk tea are very unhealthy for the development of the babies and should be avoided.
Seven Months to Nine Months Old Baby
It is not suitable at for your baby to drink milk tea. Tannin, sweeteners, trans-fatty acids present in the milk tea are very unhealthy for the development of the babies and should be avoided.
Ten Months to Twelve Months Old Baby
It is not suitable at for your baby to drink milk tea. Tannin, sweeteners, trans-fatty acids present in the milk tea are very unhealthy for the development of the babies and should be avoided.
One Year Old and Above Baby
It is not suitable at for your baby to drink milk tea. Tannin, sweeteners, trans-fatty acids present in the milk tea are very unhealthy for the development of the babies and should be avoided.
