Mango is rich in zinc which improves male's fertility by increasing sperm counts and sperm motility. Higher sperm counts and motility can lead to higher chance of conception.
Furthermore, mango is rich in vitamin C which can boost immune system and fight against free radicals.
Lastly, vitamin A in mango is beneficial for couples as it also helps in fertility.
During Pregnancy
It is safe for pregnant women to have mango during pregnancy.
First, mango is a good source of vitamin A which can aid in the development of vision of the fetus.
