Safe to Eat Lobster
Trying to conceive
First, it is safe to eat cooked lobster in moderation while you are trying to conceive.
Lobster is rich in zinc. Zinc can help to improve sperm count and sperm quality - both are important for successful conception.
Other vitamins and minerals in lobster included folate, vitamin B6, B12, E, panthoteric acid, potassium, calcium, magnesium, copper and phosphorus. These minerals and vitamins are beneficial to the couples who are trying to conceive.
However, due to moderate level of mercury in lobster as well as parasites in lobster, it is better for couples to have moderate amount of cooked lobster while trying to conceive.
During Pregnancy

One Year Old and Above Baby
First, you should watch out whether your child shows any allergic reaction to lobster.
Second, you must cook lobster thoroughly due to presence of parasites in lobsters.
Lastly, there is also a moderate amount of mercury present in lobster. Mercury will damage the brain and therefore is very undesirable.
