Safe to Eat Coke
Trying to conceive
It is better to avoid coke while couples are trying to conceive.
Cokeis rich in caffeine. Researchers have shown that caffeine relaxes the muscles in the fallopian tube and inhibits the contraction of the muscle in the tube, making it hard for the egg to be transported to the womb from the ovaries. When the egg is not transported to the womb, a woman will not be able to conceive. This explains why women, who consume a lot of coke or caffeine, usually take a much longer time to conceive.
During Pregnancy
It is better to avoid coke during pregnancy.
Caffeine in coke actually causes frequent urination and dehydration although it can temporarily conquer your thirsty.
Caffeine in coke can cause an increase in the blood pressure and heart rate which is undesirable during pregnancy.
Furthermore, caffeine can cause miscarraige in the early pregnancy and lower weight gain during late stage of pregnancy.

During Breastfeeding
