Benefits of Sweet Potato Pasta And Apples:
Pasta is made from semoline, a durham wheat that is hearty and nutritious if it is whole grain; it is not refined in the process of making pasta.
Most pasta is also enriched with vitamins and minerals. Multigrain and whole wheat pastas are also high in dietary fiber which is good for your baby's digestion.
Sweet potatoes are high in Vitamin A and beta carotene as well as potassium. They also contain a good amount of Vitamin E, calcium and folate.
Furthermore, the sweetness of the sweet potato and apples combined with pasta will make for a tasty dish for your baby.
