Benefits of Sweet Pork and Apple:
Pediatric authorities recommend meat as one of baby’s first solid foods due to the heme iron they can provide.
Pork is high in calcium and phosphorus, which are essential for your baby's bone structure, while iron and zinc play important roles in maintaining the strength and elasticity of bones and joints.
Selenium in pork is needed by the body for the proper functioning of the antioxidant system and protects our system from colon cancer.
