Ingredients:
1. Fillets of cod.
2. Lemon.
3. Butter.
4. Salt.
5. Ground black pepper.
5. Dried parsley.
6. Cloves garlic, minced.
Cooking Method and Preparation:
1. In a saucepan melt the butter over gentle heat.
2. Mix in the lemon juice, salt, pepper, parsley falkes, and garlic.
3. Bring to a boil, cook and stir about 10 minutes.
4. Arrange cod fillets on a baking sheet. Cover with some butter mixture and sprinke with lemon pepper and cover with foil.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven, until fish is easily flaked with a fork. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the fish to serve.
