Kiwi Chicken

Babyment

Ingredients:

1. Chicken breast meal

2. Pinch Salt

3. Freshly ground pepper

4. One pinch thyme

5. 1 tablespoon of olive oil

6. 2 Tablespoon white winhalves, boned and skinned

7. Grape juice.

8. 1 Kiwi fruit

 

Cooking Method and Preparation:

1. Remove skin, bone for chicken meat.

2. Peel and slice kiwi fruit. 

 

3. Pound chicken to flatten to about ¼ inch; sprinkle with salt, pepper and crushed thyme.

4. Heat oil in skillet. Sauté chicken on medium-high about 4 minutes or until cooked and tender; turn once halfway through cooking time. Remove to warm platter and keep warm.

5. Add water or juice for small children) to skillet; cook and stir 2 minutes.

6. Add the kiwi fruit, cook and stir gently for about 30 seconds. 

7. Put it into the food processor or blender to make it puree.

Remarks of Kiwi Salad:

Kiwi fruit is a good source of vitamin C and vitamin E. Vitamin C is good for boosting immune system of the growing baby. Vitamin C can also help in the absorption of iron which is essential for red blood cell formation. 

Kiwi fruit is also rich in dietary fiber. Dietary fiber can help to prevent constipation in baby.
