Creamy Corn and Cauliflower

Babyment

Ingredients:

1. Two cups of corn.

2. One cauliflower.

3. One cup of whole milk yoghurt.

4. Pepper.

 

Cooking Method and Preparation:

1. Wash the cauliflower under the cold water. Remove the stem and chopped, use the florets

2. Cook the corn using your preferred method.

3. Steam the cauliflower florets until it becomes tender. 

4. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and blender until it becomes puree.

5. Add yogurt and pepper until you have a creamy consistency.
