Ingredients:
Preparation and Cooking Method:
Step 1: Mash the mango with the avocado until smooth –
Step 2: Add Yogurt or Water or Juice and whip with a whisk until a creamy mousse like consistency is created.
(You may also use this as a great Baby Finger Food. Simply cut the mango and avocado into dices or chunks that are manageable for your baby. Mix the fruits together (yogurt optional) and serve. Benefits of Creamy Avocado Mango Mousse:
Avacado contains lots of good unsaturated fats for the development of your baby's brain and physical development. Thus, it is a great first food for your baby.
Avacados are also high in potassium, carotenoid lutein, beta-carotene and fiber.
Potassium in avocados is good for maintaining healthy blood pressure, helps with your baby's muscle function and heart rhythm.
Mangos are loaded with Vitamin A and contain a higher level of carotenoids than almost any other fruit.
They are also high in Vitamins C and B as well as iron, potassium and protein.
