Corn, Apple and Sweet Potato

Babyment

Ingredients:

1. About two cups of corn.

2. One apple.

3. One sweet potato.

 

Cooking Method and Preparation:

1. Wash, peel, core and dice apples. 

2. Wash, peel and dice potato.

3. Cook the corn using your preferred method.

4. Steam until tender – apple and sweet potato.

5. Place corn, apple and sweet potato into your choice of appliance for pureeing and begin pureeing. Chop or dice for finger food.

6. Add water as necessary to achieve a smooth, thin consistency – you will probably not need to add water as these foods are watery as it is.
