Cheesy Chicken Sweet Potato Mash with Carrots

Ingredients:

1. Chicken. 

2. Sweet potato. 

3. One carrot.

4. Suitable amount of Cheese. 

 

Cooking Method and Preparation:

1. Wash, peel and dice the sweet potato.

2. Wash, peel and dice the carrots.

3. Chop the chicken into small chunks. 

4. Boil or steam the potato and carrots until tender. 

5. Mash the sweet potato and carrots and then add the cheese; mash the mixture further.

6. Add the chicken, mash or puree using blender or food processor as needed for your baby.
