1. One stalk of broccoli.
2. One small carrot.
Cooking Method and Preparation:
1. Wash, peel and slice carrot into small pieces.
2. Wash broccoli under cool water.
3. Chop broccoli stems and florets into small pieces.
4. Add broccoli and carrots to a saucepan or steamer and steam until tender.
5. Mash or puree as needed. If the veggies are diced small enough, this will make a wonderful and colorful finger food medley.
