Beefy Apple Puree

Babyment

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup cold and cooked boneless beef

2. Cooking juice or plain water. 

3. 1/4 cup of apple sauce.

 

Cooking Method and Preparation:

1. Chop the cooked beef into small chunks.

2. Place meat chunks in blender or food processor and puree until a powdery mix is formed.

3. Slowly add water or cooking juice followed by apple sauce. 

4. Puree the mixture further until a smooth consistency is created.
