Remarks of Beef Puree:
Beef is known for its rich iron content. Iron is essential for the red blood cell formation. This is important for babies who are growing very fast.
Beef is also very rich in zinc. Zinc is a powerful antioxidant which can help to protect the growing babies from attack by free radicals - chemical compounds that can damage cells.
