Suitable for: 6 months to 8 months old baby
Ingredients: Any amount of fresh carrots you desire
Preparation and Cooking Method:
Step 1: Peel carrots and cut length-wise into thick slivers.
Step 2: Oil a glass casserole dish with Olive Oil and then place the carrots into the glass casserole dish.
You may add some spices over the carrots if your baby is 8 months+ and eating spices.
Step 3: Bake carrots at 350 F for approximately 45 minutes or until carrots have turned fork tender and have changed to a dark orange.
Step 4: Puree, adding water as needed, and serve or freeze. You can also cut the carrots into little bits and serve as finger food.
