1. Newborn to 3 weeks old
Total: 18 - 20 hours
Night: 10 - 12 hours. Day: 4 Naps/2 Hours
2. 1 months to 4 months old
Total: 17 - 18 hours
Night: 10 hours. Day: 4 Naps/1 - 3 Hours
3. 5 months to 6 months
Total: 15 - 16 hours

Sleeping Facts and how to make baby sleep
1. When babies are sleeping, they are processing knowledge.
2. About 60% of babies wake at least once during the night and need an adult to settle them back to sleep.
3. One in ten babies will cry 3 to 4 times a night.
4. Establish a nightly routine that lets your baby know it is time for bed.
5. Your baby should sleep in the same room as you for at least first 6 months.
6. Place your baby to sleep in a separate cot or crib.
7. Give your baby a bath, a massage, or change his diaper. Read a story or sing a song before going to bed.
8. Swaddling, when done properly, can be an effective and soothing technique.

1. Keep TV and computers out of bedroom
2. Always place your baby on their back to sleep, for naps and at night, to reduce of the risk of SID (Suddent Infant Death)
3. Keep nght feeding relaxing with the lights low.
