Unleash your inner artist! Create your own masterpiece with botanical dyes from the garden.

This fun educational bee-themed trail will be one of the regular programmes offered for kids, featuring three different bee habitats in HortPark. Spot around 20 different bee species that live in the gardens, and learn about the many beneficial roles that native bees play, such as the pollination of edible food plants. You can explore the trail on your own or take part in the free guided walk.

Inspired by Ai Weiwei’s Sunflower Seeds in the special exhibition Minimalism: Space. Light. Object., master storyteller Kamini Ramachandran shares a story about the virtues of patience and honesty. Ages 4 and up.

Drop in and have fun creating a painting with short dabs and long flowy lines using different materials. Then, get a ticket to Wu Guanzhong: Expressions of Pen & Palette and see how Wu Guanzhong used a variety of brushstrokes in innovative ways. Ages 4 and above.
